I did some performance tests with zkSNARKs compressions, based on @shamatar work https://github.com/matter-labs/plasma_cash_history_snark/tree/master/src/circuit and @karl post: Rollup Plasma for mass exits & complex disputes
along with @gakonst ideas with exits.

So it could be done quickly for Plasma Cash. But verification takes approx 1 hour per months per coin.
For Plasma cashflow circuit construction will a way more complicated. So I need more to investigate it.
